02 //Scope and data
The Site has no user accounts, contact forms or user login. Contact through the Site is by email through links to mariela@marinextai.com or by booking a discovery call via our external scheduling link on Calendly.
When you visit marinextaibrain.com, the hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs containing your IP address, user agent, timestamp and requested URL for the security and reliable operation of the Site.
When you email us or communicate with us about an install, we keep the content of the correspondence and your contact details. We process the information you choose to share in order to respond, assess fit and, if we proceed to work together, prepare an agreement and deliver the installation.
During and after a Marinext AI Brain installation, your system runs locally on your own computer rather than on servers operated by Marinext AI. Your client dossiers, notes and documents stay on your computer; prompts and context you send to Claude pass through Anthropic's API under your own Anthropic subscription and Anthropic's terms (and through OpenAI or Google if you choose to connect your own Codex or Gemini accounts).
03 //Purposes and legal bases
We process your personal data on the following grounds under Article 6(1) GDPR:
- Providing and maintaining the Site, security and preventing abuse: technical server log data, based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Responding to inquiries, conducting discovery calls, preparing an agreement and performing the Marinext AI Brain installation and optional update service: correspondence and client contact data, based on taking steps prior to entering into a contract, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
- Accounting, invoicing and statutory record-keeping where a contract is concluded: compliance with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
04 //Cookies and external content
The Site uses no tracking or analytics cookies and loads no analytics tools, pixels, tag managers or third-party embeds. Fonts and images are served from our own domain without third-party tracking requests.
05 //Retention periods
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, unless applicable law requires a longer retention period.
Inquiries that do not lead to an agreement are kept until correspondence is concluded and for up to 12 months afterwards. Contractual and invoicing records are retained for the statutory periods required under Bulgarian accounting and tax law.
Once the applicable retention periods expire, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
06 //Your rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- The right to access your personal data.
- The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- The right to erasure (the right to be forgotten).
- The right to restrict processing.
