01 //Provider and acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website marinextaibrain.com (the “Site”) and set out the core commercial and technical terms for Marinext AI Brain, provided by Marinext AI (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing marinextaibrain.com, you accept these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

02 //Description of the Marinext AI Brain install service
Marinext AI Brain is an AI operating system for independent consultants and boutique professional-services practices, installed personally with the Client on the Client's own computer on top of Claude Code. It is not a hosted SaaS platform, a chat application or a self-assembled template.
The one-time installation service includes:
- A discovery call about the Client's practice and clients.
- Installation of the whole Marinext AI Brain system on the Client's computer, together with the Client.
- Client dossiers set up for the Client's real clients.
- Migration of the Client's existing notes and past proposals into the system.
- Custom proposal and deliverable skills built from the Client's past work.
- A walkthrough of daily commands, recorded for the Client.
- Support through the first weeks after the install.
03 //System requirements and the Client's own subscriptions
Computer requirement: Confirming a compatible computer setup is part of the discovery call before installation begins.
Client's own Claude subscription: To run Marinext AI Brain, the Client must maintain their own active Claude subscription that includes Claude Code, paid directly to Anthropic and not to Marinext AI.
Optional third-party models: Marinext AI Brain includes pre-wired routing for OpenAI Codex and Google Gemini alongside Claude. Using Codex or Gemini is optional and requires the Client's own accounts with OpenAI and Google under those providers' respective terms.
04 //Local data and external AI APIs
Client files, notes, dossiers and custom skills reside locally on the Client's computer. Marinext AI does not host the Client's workspace.
Information and prompts sent to Claude during use of the system travel through Anthropic's API under the same terms as Claude itself (and through OpenAI's or Google's APIs where optional models are enabled by the Client). The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that using external AI APIs complies with their client confidentiality obligations and professional rules.
05 //Fees and optional monthly updates
Installation fee: The price for the Marinext AI Brain installation service is €4,500 one-time. Specific scheduling and payment milestones are confirmed in the individual service agreement concluded following the discovery call.
Optional engine updates: Clients may subscribe to optional updates at €150 a month per company (a flat fee per company, not per person). The updates subscription delivers new releases via one command. Releases replace the system engine only and never overwrite or delete the Client's notes, custom skills or client files.
Stopping updates: The monthly updates plan is optional. If the Client chooses not to subscribe or stops paying for updates at any time, the installed Marinext AI Brain system on the Client's computer continues working and simply stops receiving new engine releases.
06 //Guarantee
If after the install your client dossiers and proposal skills do not work on your own clients, Marinext AI keeps working at no extra cost until they do.
This guarantee requires the Client's reasonable cooperation in providing the relevant past documents, notes and feedback needed to configure and verify the dossiers and proposal skills on the Client's computer.
07 //Ownership and intellectual property
Client materials: The Client retains full ownership of all client dossiers, migrated notes, past proposals, deliverables and custom content stored on their computer.
System engine and Site content: Marinext AI owns and reserves all intellectual property rights in the Marinext AI Brain engine, software architecture, documentation and all material published on marinextaibrain.com. Upon full payment of the installation fee, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the installed system within their own consulting practice or company.
Restrictions: Without prior written permission from Marinext AI, you must not:
- Resell, rent, sublicense, redistribute or commercialise the Marinext AI Brain engine or offer derivative installs to third parties.
- Republish, duplicate or commercially exploit material from marinextaibrain.com.
- Create frames around pages of marinextaibrain.com that alter the visual presentation of the Site.
08 //Cookies, privacy and external links
marinextaibrain.com uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Details on data processing and cookies are set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
Organizations linking to marinextaibrain.com may do so provided the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and does not use the Marinext AI logo without permission. We reserve the right to request removal of any link to our Site.
09 //Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Information on marinextaibrain.com is provided for general informational purposes. Individual engagements for Marinext AI Brain are governed by the written agreement signed between Marinext AI and the Client. Outputs generated by third-party AI models (Claude, Codex, Gemini) require human review by the Client before delivery or reliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Bulgarian or EU law. Subject to the foregoing, Marinext AI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this free informational website or from outages or policy changes of third-party AI providers.
10 //Governing law and contact
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with competent courts in Bulgaria having jurisdiction.
